The multi-energy system (MES) provides a good environment for the local consumption of renewable energy such as wind and solar power because its high operational flexibility. In MES, hybrid storage (HESS) composed battery thermal tank plays an important role in enhancing reliability, economics, Hence, determining optimal size HESS MES is critical problem but has not received enough attention. light this problem, paper focuses on planning community (CMES) under diverse uncertainties. Firstly, two-stage stochastic model proposed CMES to coordinate long-term allocation short-term operation. inertia heating network, space demand, domestic hot water demand utilized reduce both cost. Secondly, deterministic equivalence convert it into mixed-integer linear programming model, which then solved by off-the-shelf solvers. Finally, simulation results verify effectiveness method. reveal that can enhance flexibility only needs very few investment costs prove cost HESS, fuel, maintenance
